Qualificações

• Experience leading teams in retail, hospitality or gambling.
• Ability to meet budgeted targets and manage P&L reports.
• Experience with staff rotas and management reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Overall responsibility for performance and profitability of the venue.
• Lead marketing, promotions and events to drive guest traffic.
• Ensure staff are trained, motivated and compliant with policies.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and safety.
• Monitor cash handling and safeguard assets; achieve KPIs.
