Job summary

Away Resorts is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager at Sandy Balls Holiday Village (The New Forest, near Fordingbridge) to help lead a team and support the F&B and Venue Managers in delivering a safe, efficient and profitable operation. You will work to provide exceptional guest experiences and uphold Away Resorts’ standards.

You’ll oversee front- and back-of-house activities, drive revenue, control costs, and coach team leaders to ensure high service levels and guest delight during peak holiday

Qualifications

• Lead, train and motivate a team to deliver delight.
• Support bar and restaurant operations and service preparation.
• Maximise sales while driving profitable growth with care and flair.
• Carry out regular stock takes and place orders as necessary.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and manage day-to-day operation.
• Oversee FOH and BOH standards and deployment.
• Deliver service that exceeds our NPS target.
• Drive revenue across all areas.
• Control food margins with stock management alongside kitchen team.
• Maintain cleaning and disposable cost controls within budget.
