Freight Innovation Fund's Venture Growth Programme seeks a dedicated programme manager to coordinate delivery, manage stakeholders and ensure a high-quality participant experience across freight and logistics scale-ups. This permanent role focuses on identifying high-potential businesses, delivering structured growth support and enabling adoption with investors and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex innovation programmes with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage governance, reporting and delivery momentum.
• Experience engaging investors, partners and SMEs in growth support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the programme delivery and ensure high-quality participant experience.
• Design and manage open calls, assessment frameworks and due diligence.
• Onboard SMEs and manage engagement across trial and commercial pathways.
• Coordinate specialist support for SMEs including investor readiness and market access.
• Engage industry partners, investors and potential customers to shape pipelines.
• Monitor performance and capture impact, learning and outcomes.
• Translate outputs into evidence packs, case studies and adoption-ready insights.
