Connected Places Catapult in London and Milton Keynes invites a Consultant (Venture Growth Consultant) to lead delivery of growth and investment-readiness support for high-potential freight and logistics ventures. This permanent, full-time role focuses on structuring programmes, coordinating multi-stakeholder activities and driving impact with customers, investors and partners.

You will identify and select startups, manage work streams, maintain momentum, and ensure high-quality service

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex innovation programmes.
• Experience with growth-stage businesses and investment-readiness programs.
• Able to engage founders, leadership teams, investors.
• Strong governance and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support revenue targets and manage delivery momentum across streams.
• Identify and select high-potential freight innovation businesses.
• Coordinate programme governance and stakeholder engagement.
• Ensure timely, high-quality actions, updates and CRM data.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and investor communications.
• Deliver plans and ensure successful commercial progression.
