Job summary

Example Recruitment Group is recruiting a Compliance Operative to join a field-based team delivering cleaning and compliance services across varied environments. The role offers full training and ongoing development in a specialist compliance industry.

You will work across three areas—ventilation duct cleaning, water tank cleaning and refurbishment, and kitchen extract cleaning—ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out ventilation and duct cleaning works across commercial and industrial systems.
• Undertaking kitchen extract and grease hygiene cleaning.
• Supporting water tank cleaning, disinfection, coating and refurbishment works.
• Ensuring all assigned works are completed on time and to the required specification.
• Following all relevant Health & Safety procedures, particularly when working with specialist equipment and chemicals.
• Wearing and maintaining the appropriate PPE and ensuring working areas are kept safe, clean and organised.
• Ensuring sites are left clean, secure and presentable following completion of works.
• Looking after specialist tools and equipment and reporting any damage, defects or replacement requirements.
• Completing works in accordance with the training provided and relevant industry standards.
• Providing a professional and courteous service when dealing with customers and site representatives.
• Supporting the training and development of new operatives where required.
• Communicating with supervisors regarding site progress, issues and priorities.
• Following company quality, environmental and operational procedures at all times.
