Job summary

Adecco are recruiting a Compliance Supervisor for field-based work across the UK, based from Coventry. The role focuses on ventilation cleaning, fire safety compliance and environmental hygiene services, ensuring high standards and regulatory adherence.

You will coordinate operational teams, liaise with customers on priorities, and supervise on-site activities while maintaining a safe, compliant working environment. A strong leadership record and a full UK driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field teams in environmental hygiene or similar sector.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of Environmental Hygiene Cleaning Contracts to meet customer satisfaction and industry standards.
• Coordinate operational teams in: General Ventilation Cleaning; Fire Damper Testing; Kitchen Extract Fire Safety Cleaning.
• Liaise with customers to agree on work priorities and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations on-site and at the depot, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Supervise the Compliance Operatives to deliver high-quality results, adhering to training and skills acquired.
• Manage equipment conditions, ensuring proper maintenance and reporting any issues as necessary.
• Represent the company professionally on-site and promote a positive image.
