Job summary

A supervisory role for duct cleaning operations on site. You will control the workload of the compliance team, set priorities, and ensure manpower is available to meet targets while guiding operatives to follow company procedures and training.

You will supervise Duct Cleaning Operatives to meet the required standards and work with the Regional Supervisor to support on-the-job training for new operatives.

Responsibilities

• On-site workload control: coordinate the compliance team using written programmes and set clear job priorities.
• Ensure sufficient manpower to complete the required work and that team members understand their duties.
• Supervise Duct Cleaning Operatives to ensure work is completed to the required standard and specification.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with training received, skills acquired, and company procedures.
• Work with the Regional Supervisor to support on-the-job training for new operatives.
