Job summary

Example Recruitment Group is recruiting a Compliance Operative for field-based work delivering ventilation hygiene, grease extract cleaning, water tank services and environmental compliance across diverse client sites. The role offers hands-on duties and ongoing specialist training.

You’ll join an experienced team with opportunities to develop technical knowledge as you gain experience, and training is provided to support career progression within the compliance industry.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field-based role requiring practical work.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions and procedures.
• Health & Safety conscious with attention to detail.
• Willing to learn new skills and undertake specialist training.
• Experience in duct cleaning, ventilation hygiene, or related areas is advantageous, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out ventilation and duct cleaning across commercial and industrial systems.
• Undertake kitchen extract and grease hygiene cleaning.
• Support water tank cleaning, disinfection, coating and refurbishment.
• Ensure works are completed on time and to required specifications.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures when handling specialist equipment and chemicals.
• Maintain PPE and keep work areas safe, clean and organized.
• Represent the business professionally at client sites.
• Help train and develop new operatives when required.
• Communicate site progress, issues and priorities to supervisors.
