Voice & Script International (VSI) in London is offering a Vendor Intern role within the Vendor Management department. The internship focuses on supporting the network of language professionals and suppliers that enable VSI to deliver localisation services to clients worldwide.

You will work closely with the Vendor Management Lead and team to provide administrative support, maintain supplier information, and ensure production teams have access to required resources.

Formación

• University degree in Translation or related discipline.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong problem solving and numeracy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support Vendor Management in maintaining a network of suppliers and language professionals.
• Ensure resources are available to support production requirements.
• Update and maintain vendor information across company systems.
• Organise and maintain supplier documentation and legal records.
• Provide administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks.
• Keep records accurate, organised and up to date.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders from different backgrounds.
