Job summary

Voice & Script International (VSI) is seeking a Network Infrastructure Manager in London to own the global network strategy, standards, and delivery across offices, data centres and cloud environments. You will lead a hands-on network team, work with IT and Security, and drive modernisation, resilience, capacity planning and incident response to keep services secure and available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on network infrastructure management across several sites.
• Experience with enterprise routing, switching, WAN, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and ACLs.
• Proven ability to lead incidents, changes, and multi-stakeholder infrastructure projects.
• Strong information security, risk management, and audit awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set the global network strategy and reference designs.
• Oversee LAN/WAN, wireless, internet, remote access, DNS, DHCP, and network management.
• Manage firewalls, access control, and secure remote connectivity.
• Lead infrastructure lifecycle: deployment, upgrades, replacements and decommissioning.
• Monitor performance, capacity, and provide diagnostics and investments.
• Build resilience and support disaster recovery planning.
• Manage changes with risk assessments, documentation, and rollbacks.
• Lead network workstreams for office openings and studio changes.
• Manage suppliers, vendors, and budgets.
• Develop and mentor network team members.
