Job summary

State Street is seeking an Officer for Global Technology Services to provide governance support across vendor governance, risk management, and annual intra-company agreement recertification. The role collaborates with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Finance, and vendor partners to ensure processes are structured, auditable, and aligned with policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in vendor governance or related function.
• Experience with governance processes, reporting, controls, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Support governance of technology vendors, managed service providers, and outsourcing arrangements.
• Monitor vendor performance against contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and improvement plans.
• Coordinate governance forums, reviews, and escalation discussions.
• Maintain governance artifacts, inventories, and reporting records.
• Assist with risk assessments, due diligence, and SOC/audit activities.
• Support ICA recertification and documentation updates.
• Produce governance dashboards, scorecards, and risk metrics.
