Job summary

Linklaters in London seeks a Vendor Governance and Operational Support professional to plan and coordinate governance meetings, monitor performance against contracts and assist with financial controls. The role supports the Technology Vendor Manager and works across internal stakeholders and third‑party providers.

You will help maintain governance routines, risk registers and change management, contributing to Supplier transition planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three to six years' experience in vendor management, PMO, IT service management, or related role.
• Experience with managed service providers and outsourced IT services is valuable.
• Working knowledge of ITIL and governance routines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and support vendor governance meetings with agendas, packs, actions and follow-ups.
• Assist in monitoring performance baselines, SLAs and KPIs with service owners.
• Maintain contract management frameworks, obligations registers and reporting calendars.
• Review invoices, POs and spend for alignment with contracts and identify overcharges.
• Identify risks, issues and drive mitigation with relevant stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement and supplier collaboration to enhance controls and reporting.
