Job summary

Arch Europe Insurance Services Ltd is seeking a Claims Vendor Team Administrator to support the vendor management and claims operations teams in London. You will perform due diligence, monitor vendor performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with audit and governance tasks.

Ideal candidates have strong organisational skills, good GCSEs, and experience in an office environment, preferably in insurance. The role may involve ad-hoc projects and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an office team and data entry

Responsibilities

• Support Claims Vendor Manager and team with admin tasks
• Assist in procurement and monitoring of vendors for London Market and regional claims teams
• Record and monitor vendor performance and regulatory/compliance data
• Take minutes and coordinate actions from meetings
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and Arch brand initiatives
