Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Vending Engineer to join our Woodford-based team, covering Woodford and N/IG areas. No prior experience required as full training is provided. You’ll drive, manage your own schedule, and deliver excellent customer service across diverse sites.

The role offers a competitive basic salary (£29,728) with OTE (£31,728), a company vehicle, fuel card, and pension. Full-time, Monday to Friday, with potential for overtime and salary progression managed by performance.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with varying work patterns to support business needs.
• Positive can-do attitude and taking initiative.
• Cash-handling experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, repair and service vending machines across customer sites.
• Carry out customer service requests in a professional manner.
• Provide feedback and accurate site information to the team.
• Work as part of the service delivery team to meet standards and deadlines.
• Handle and count cash from vending machines and follow cash-handling policies.
