Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Vending Engineer to install, repair and service a variety of machines across customer sites in the Woodford area. You will receive full training, manage your own schedule and deliver excellent customer service while building a reliable service route.

The role offers a competitive starting salary and OTE, with a company vehicle, fuel card and benefits. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday with potential overtime and ongoing industry-leading training.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years and no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude and ability to use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Carry out all customer service requests in a professional and responsible manner.
• Provide customer feedback and accurate site information to Initial Vending.
• Work as part of the service delivery team to meet standards and deadlines.
• Handle, collect and count cash from vending machines.
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Environmental policies.
