Northgate Vehicle Hire in Penrith is hiring a Vehicle Technician to maintain and repair our fleet, ensuring safety and legal compliance for hire. If you are Level 2 or Level 3 Technician with relevant experience, we want to hear from you.

The role offers a strong basic salary with bonus potential, overtime paid at time and a half, and extensive benefits as part of a growing mobility provider.

Salary:£43,639 pa OTE (basic £37,639 pa + £3,011 pa bonus OTE + Overtime) nd take advantage of our exceptional £3,000 ‘Golden Hello’.

Weekly Hours:42.5 hours / Day Shifts Only. As and when required overtime is available and this is paid at time and half.

About you:As a Vehicle Technician you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles to ensure they are safe and legally compliant for our customers to hire. If you are Level 2 Qualified Technician with at least 3 years employment as a technician/mechanic or fully qualified Level 3 Technician / Mechanic, we would love to hear from you.

About our training:We have our own internal IMI accredited training department, where we can upskill you on such things as Hybrid & EV vehicle repair, Tail lift, braking systems, electrics etc:

For those trained to Level 2, you can take a training needs analysis so we can build a personalised training program for you to increase your skillset.
