Job summary

Johnsons Cars is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician with an MOT License to join our Volkswagen Stafford team. You will perform servicing, diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards, using up-to-date equipment, ensuring vehicles are road-ready and correctly logged.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
Full UK driving licence is required.
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workshop.

Responsibilities

Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
Diagnosing faults using the latest diagnostic equipment.
Completing repairs, replacing parts, and ensuring vehicles are road ready.
Accurately recording all work completed in line with company and manufacturer guidelines.
Working safely and professionally in line with health & safety standards.
Identifying additional work through vehicle health checks (EVHC process).

Education

What You’ll Be Doing
