Job summary

Oxford, Oxfordshire – A well established main dealership is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join its proactive aftersales team. The role involves servicing, diagnosis and repair work in a manufacturer-approved workshop with a strong emphasis on training and progression.

Offering a competitive salary up to £40,000 base plus bonus and overtime (OTE £48k+), with 1-in-3 Saturday mornings and a Monday–Friday schedule, it promises long-term stability and clear development within a reputable dealership

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• At least one year experience in a workshop environment.
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Reliable work history with consistent attendance.
• Own a well stocked toolbox appropriate for workshop duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and perform fault finding.
• Repair and replace brakes, suspension, and clutch components.
• Cambelt replacement.
