Job summary

Octane Recruitment is assisting a reputable main dealership in Aylesbury to recruit a Vehicle Technician. The role offers a salary up to £43,000 basic per annum plus bonus and overtime (OTE 52k+), with Mon–Fri hours and no weekend work.

In a modern, manufacturer approved workshop you will perform servicing, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs including brakes, suspension, cambelts, and clutch components.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s experience in a workshop environment.
• Minimum Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Strong mechanical skills.
• Reliable work history with consistent attendance.
• Own a well stocked toolbox appropriate for workshop duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle servicing and general maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and perform fault finding.
• Repair and replace brakes, suspension, and clutch components.
• Cambelt replacement.
