Qualifications

• Experience as a Vehicle Mechanic or Technician.
• Willingness to transition into an Instructor/Trainer role.
• Possibility to commute to Lyneham or be based nearby.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training to military students.
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans, training and assessments.
• Monitor trainee development and collaborate to improve processes.
• Work with colleagues to improve course content and delivery.
