Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ in automotive discipline.
• Experience as a vehicle technician aiming to progress into training.
• Willingness to train to become an instructor and support Defence training programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons using pre-set course materials.
• Prepare lesson plans and assess military students’ results.
• Develop training content and improve course development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams.
• Mon–Fri, 37-hour week.
