Lyneham (Commutable from Bristol, Swindon, Chippenham, Calne, Malmesbury, Devizes, Melksham, Trowbridge, Bath, Marlborough)

Are you a Vehicle Mechanic, Technician or similar looking to progress off the tools into an Instructor or Trainer role, with one of the UK's biggest defence contractors, who are responsible for training the next wave of military mechanics?
On offer is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a multi-billion-pound global engineering and defence company, who have an industry reputation for providing one of the top training and progression programs & often works on several large-scale projects around the UK. This is a unique opportunity where you will be funded for qualifications to improve your career and progress into senior management.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on training to military students, deliver pre-set lesson plans, training and assessments, monitor trainee development and collaborate with colleagues to improve internal processes. This is a Monday to Friday role, 37 hour week - no overtime required.

This role would suit a Vehicle Mechanic or Technician, from any background looking for an off the tools role, full training to become an instructor and the opportunity to work for one of the biggest defence companies in the UK.

THE ROLE:

• Deliver engaging lessons using pre-set course materials
• Prepare lesson plans and assess military students results
• Develop training content and improve course developmet
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams
• Mon - Fri, 37 hour week.
