Job summary

Just Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for a busy main dealership in Taunton. You must hold NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service & Repair, with an MOT license preferred but not essential.

Salary negotiable around £49,000 OTE plus incentives, with extensive overtime and a bonus scheme. Responsibilities include service, diagnosis, and repair across a range of vehicles, liaising with Service Reception and Workshop Control, and providing customers with expert

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service & Repair or equivalent.
• 2 years post-qualification experience preferred.
• MOT license is desirable but not essential.
• Full driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out service, diagnosis and repair of vehicles to high standards.
• Communicate with Service Reception and Workshop Control.
• Occasionally speak with customers to provide expert technical opinions.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and documentation.
• Support high customer service levels and teamwork.
• Overtime is available and a bonus system rewards productivity.
