Job summary

Vertu Motors at Vauxhall Chingford is recruiting Vehicle Technicians of any level with a competitive basic salary and a £4,000 sign-on bonus. Applications from independent garages or franchised dealers are invited.

You will maintain, service and repair vehicles for our valued customers. The role offers no Saturday work and flexible patterns, including a 4‑day week; there are clear opportunities for training, progression and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Own set of tools and a Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance or servicing preferred.
• MOT license or EV qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Vertu Vauxhall Chingfordare recruiting! We have some great opportunities for Vehicle Technicians of any level to join our team!

We're offering an excellent basic salary up to £47,780 depending upon skills and experience. We're also offering a £4,000 sign-on bonus. You'll receive £2,000 when you join us and an additional £2,000 in month 13 of your employment.

We offer NO WORKING ON SATURDAYS. We also offer a range of working patterns including flexible working hours, 4 Day Week and other Part-time options. Get in touch with us and we can agree a working pattern that suits you!

As a Vehicle Technician you will be a key member of our team, Maintaining, Servicing and Repairing vehicles for our valued customers. Whether you have experience from an independent garage or franchised dealer we would love to hear from you.

The salaries we offer are dependant upon skills, experience and accreditation, however you can expect the below:

• Service and Maintenance Technicians - up to£37,700
• Service and Diagnostic Technicians - up to£40,220
• Senior Technicians - up to£42,740
• Master Technicians - up to£47,780

Additional Skills and Qualifications such as an Mot Licence or EV Qualification would further increase the packages above. We also offer an attractive Bonus Scheme to further enhance your earning potential.
