Job summary

Halfords is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester in Birmingham. You will perform MOT tests to DVSA standards and handle a broad range of maintenance and repair tasks, from diagnostics to routine services, ensuring top quality work.

The role offers on-target earnings up to £42,970 with a base salary of £33,000 - £36,770 and an uncapped monthly bonus scheme averaging £6,200 per year. Five days a week with excellent training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience).
• Valid MOT Testing Licence.
• Full driving licence with no more than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work.
• From advanced diagnostics & repairs to routine services, ensure every job is done to the highest standard.

Education
