Job summary

Halfords is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our team. You will carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and perform vehicle maintenance and repair work, from diagnostics to routine servicing.

Join the UK’s leading motoring services provider and benefit from excellent training and development opportunities. We offer a base salary of £33,000 – £36,770 with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £5,300 per year, and on-target earnings up to £42,070.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience).
• Valid MOT Testing Licence.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work.
• From advanced diagnostics & repairs to routine services, you’ll ensure every job is done to the highest standard.
