Job summary

Halfords is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our UK team. You will carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and perform a broad range of vehicle maintenance and repair work, from diagnostics to routine services.

With a base salary of £34,000-£36,000 and on-target earnings up to £42,800, plus an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £6,800 per year, the role offers strong earnings potential and extensive training and development opportunities within the UK’s largest automotive

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience)
• Valid MOT Testing Licence
• Must have a full driver's licence with no more than 9 points

Responsibilities

• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Handle advanced diagnostics and routine servicing to high standards.
