Job summary

Halfords are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester in Greater Manchester. You will perform MOT tests to DVSA standards and undertake a broad range of vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring safety and quality on every job.

Role includes a base salary of £33,000–£36,000 with an uncapped monthly bonus averaging £6,800 per year and on-target earnings up to £42,800. Enjoy extensive benefits and training in a leading automotive service group.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Valid MOT Testing Licence
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 9 points

Responsibilities

• Conduct MOT tests to DVSA standards and carry out a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work
• Perform advanced diagnostics and routine servicing to high standards
• Contribute to delivering excellent customer experience and vehicle safety
