Job summary

Stellantis &You UK is seeking a Vehicle Technician/MOT Tester to join our Citroën Edgware service centre. You will ensure quality, perform MOTs when required, and drive customer satisfaction through first‑time fixes and clear communication.

We offer a permanent full‑time position with a basic salary up to £33,000 and OTE up to £35,000, plus a competitive benefits package and ongoing training opportunities to advance your skills.

• Minimum NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and a first-time fix to delight our customers every time.
• Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight any issues and upsell opportunities.
• Communicate with workshop supervision regarding work progress.
• Develop skills and knowledge via regular training.
• Maintain a clean and safe work bay.
• Complete MOTs in line with DVSA standards when on job requisition.

We are looking for a vehicle technician, service technician, auto‑mechanic or mechanic. It would be a big plus if you have experience on Stellantis brand products (Vauxhall, Peugeot, Citroen, DS, Jeep, Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo). If you don’t have the experience but have a strong interest to learn, we are still interested to speak with you.

• At a minimum, you will need an NVQ in Motor Vehicle Technology through IMI or City & Guilds Level 2.

Sign‑On Bonus

• £1,500 total, paid in phases: £750 upon joining, £250 once accredited Stellantis &You, £500 after 12 months of employment.
