Job summary

Stellantis & You UK are recruiting a Vehicle Technician to service, maintain and repair vehicles at Phoenix Corner, Coventry. You will join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

The role offers a competitive salary up to £36,000 plus an efficiency bonus, with additional benefits such as a Company Car Scheme and extensive training programmes. NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Technology is desirable.

Qualifications

• NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Technology (or equivalent).
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician or Mechanic.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to learn and embrace new vehicle technologies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair vehicles.
• Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work where appropriate.
• Deliver quality repairs and first-time fixes.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop.
• Communicate effectively with workshop colleagues and service teams.
• Continually develop your skills through manufacturer training.
• Carry out MOT testing (where qualified).

• £750 on joining
• £250 on Stellantis & You accreditation
• £500 after 12 months' service

Salary: Up to £36,000 + efficiency bonus

MOT Qualification Allowance: £91 per month

The Role

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our customers safely on the road by delivering high-quality servicing, maintenance and repairs.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service and repair vehicles.
• Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work where appropriate.
• Deliver quality repairs and first-time fixes.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop.
• Communicate effectively with workshop colleagues and service teams.
• Continually develop your skills through manufacturer training.
• Carry out MOT testing (where qualified).

What We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from experienced technicians, newly qualified candidates and those looking to develop their automotive career.

You’ll ideally have:

• NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 in Motor Vehicle Technology (or equivalent).
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician or Mechanic.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• A willingness to learn and embrace new vehicle technologies.

Experience with Stellantis brands is beneficial but not essential.
