Perfect Placement UK Ltd has partnered with a reputable German specialist independent automotive service centre in Pontyclun to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician. The role offers a competitive salary (£35,000-£45,000 per annum), overtime, and 20 days plus bank holidays with days off in lieu, plus a birthday off each year.

Qualifications

• IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• 1-2 years of practical post-qualification experience.
• Holds a valid UK driving licence.
• Reliable, committed and a team player.
• Capable of delivering high standards in a busy environment.
• Active Class 4/7 MOT license advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Fault diagnosis, servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Identify faults and report vehicle condition to Workshop Manager.
• Adhere to quality, health and safety procedures.
• Work within a large team to meet targets and deliver quality workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet deadlines.
