Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd on behalf of a reputable German specialist independent automotive service centre in Pontyclun is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team.

This position offers a competitive salary between £35,000 and £45,000, with overtime paid, 20 days annual holiday plus bank holidays, and a birthday day off, plus full training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• 1–2 years of practical post-qualification experience.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform fault diagnosis, servicing and repairs to manufacturer's standards.
• Identify faults and report vehicle condition to Workshop Manager.
• Maintain documentation and work to deadlines.
• Follow quality, health and safety procedures.
• Work within a large team to meet targets.
