Hawk Hiring LTD in Eastbourne is seeking a Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic (or Semi-Skilled Improver) to handle routine servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs in a modern, well-equipped workshop.

The role requires at least 2 years garage experience, a full UK driving licence, and a willingness to learn. MOT Smart Card is a plus and training is funded if not qualified. Base salary £32,000–£39,000 with a flexible bonus, plus pension and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years garage experience performing basic servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• MOT Smart Card is a plus; training funded if not qualified.
• Confident with servicing, brakes and basic mechanical work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance, diagnose faults and perform repairs.
• Work on MOT-related tasks for cars and light commercial vehicles in a modern workshop.
