The role requires at least 2 years garage experience, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive attitude. MOT Smart Card is a plus; training funded if not qualified. Base salary £32,000–£39,000 plus flexible bonus.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £32,000 - £39,000 basic + flexible bonus (choose monthly pay or Christmas bonus)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:30 (Optional weekend overtime available)

Seeking a Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic (or Semi-Skilled Improver) to handle routine servicing, maintenance, diagnostic fault-finding, and repairs in a modern, well-equipped workshop.

Requirements

• 2+ years garage experience carrying out basic servicing, maintenance, and repairs
• Qualifications welcome but NOT essential - willingness to learn and a strong work ethic matter most
• Confident with general servicing, brakes, and basic mechanical work
• Full UK driving licence & own basic hand tools
• Valid MOT Smart Card is a plus (full training funded if not qualified)
