Hawk Hiring LTD is recruiting for a Vehicle Technician role at a brand-new dealership in Worcester. The position covers servicing, diagnostics and repairs on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles, with full manufacturer training provided to help you reach your full potential.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of workshop experience, a full UK Driving Licence, and a willingness to upskill via manufacturer pathways in a family-run setting with stability and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on workshop experience as Vehicle Technician/Auto Mechanic/Specialist.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Desirable: Class 4 MOT Tester Licence (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing and maintenance on passenger cars and LCVs to manufacturer standards.
• Perform mechanical and electrical diagnostic fault-finding for accurate fixes.
• Execute routine repairs including brakes, belts, clutch, suspension, and engine diagnostics.
• Complete Vehicle Health Checks (VHC) and communicate findings to service advisors.
• Maintain clean workshop sheets and uphold safety standards in your bay.
