Job summary

Allen Motor Group's Kia dealership in Brentwood is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician. You will service, diagnose and repair vehicles to high standards within a supportive, quality-focused team.

This full-time role is 45 hours per week (Mon-Fri with 1 in 2 Saturdays as overtime), reporting to the Aftersales Manager. A competitive package includes holiday entitlement and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience inspecting, repairing and servicing motor vehicles.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, repairs, diagnostics and inspections to a high standard.
• Deliver excellent technical and diagnostic services while meeting customer targets.
• Keep knowledge up to date with manufacturer training and guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and vehicle health check processes.
• Take pride in workmanship and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
