Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of an established Carlisle automotive dealership for a Vehicle Technician. You will diagnose, service and repair vehicles to high standards using current diagnostic equipment.

The role includes ongoing training around EV systems and newer vehicle technologies, with manufacturer and technical training to keep skills up to date in a busy workshop. A UK driving licence and solid diagnostics experience are essential.

Qualifications

Diagnose and repair vehicle faults to high standards.
Provide servicing and maintenance to a high standard.
Use diagnostic equipment and information to identify faults.
Maintain records of work carried out.
Adhere to manufacturer and dealership procedures.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair vehicle faults accurately and efficiently.
Carry out servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs to a high standard.
Use current diagnostic equipment and technical information to identify faults.
Provide technical advice and support where required.
Work to manufacturer and dealership standards and procedures.
Complete work efficiently while maintaining a right-first-time approach.
Maintain clear and accurate records of work carried out.
Work closely with the wider workshop and aftersales team to keep vehicles moving.
