You will diagnose and repair faults to manufacturer standards, perform routine maintenance, and participate in manufacturer-led training including EV, MOT, and F-Gas certifications.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven technical experience in a franchised dealership environment.
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and exceeding customer expectations.
• Passion for the automotive industry and ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and adhere to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle faults to manufacturer standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and servicing across diverse vehicle makes and models.
• Utilize workshop systems and equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.
• Provide professional customer communication and outstanding service.
• Support workshop efficiency and maintain high standards of quality.
• Keep detailed service records for each vehicle.
• Continually update technical knowledge through manufacturer training sessions.
