Job summary
Hendy Group Poole is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our high-performing team. You will perform vehicle health checks, diagnose faults, and complete timely repairs and servicing to manufacturer standards.

Qualifications
- Experience as Vehicle Technician in a main dealer/franchise environment preferred.
- Must have formal qualification (NVQ Level 3 / IMI / City & Guilds).
- Ability to follow defined processes and promote best practice.
Responsibilities
- Carry out full vehicle examinations (including EV health checks).
- Identify defects and faults and carry out repairs and servicing to standards.
- Provide courteous, knowledgeable service to customers and colleagues.
- Liaise with front-of-house to update on work progress and explanations.
