Job summary

Listers Volkswagen Stratford-upon-Avon is seeking a Vehicle Technician to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring high quality work and customer satisfaction. The role involves working with a state-of-the-art workshop and collaborating across departments to achieve service excellence.

The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), a full UK driving licence, and a willingness to develop skills, including EV/Hybrid systems, with training provided to reach VW qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification advantageous but not essential; training provided.
• Full UK Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and diagnostics of vehicles to high standards first time.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, driveshafts and air conditioning servicing.
• Work on EV/Hybrid systems with diagnostic equipment and battery/drive pack focus.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
