Job summary

Listers is recruiting a Vehicle Technician to join the CUPRA Worcester team. The role focuses on servicing and diagnosing a range of vehicles within a modern, well-equipped workshop, with emphasis on quality work from the outset.

The role operates Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:30, with Saturdays on a rota. There are strong pay and progression opportunities, including EV/Hybrid training and manufacturer qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive servicing, repair and diagnostics.
• Ability to work to high standards first time.
• Full UK Driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, repair and diagnostics of vehicles in the workshop to high standards.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts and A/C servicing.
• Work on EV/Hybrid vehicles using diagnostic equipment and focus on battery and drive systems.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment where required.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Collaborate with workshop team to share knowledge.
