Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Stroud is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic to join a close-knit team. You will perform servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on premium vehicles in a relaxed, quality‑driven workshop with no weekend shifts.

The role requires NVQ 2/3 (or City & Guilds) with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, own tools, and a valid UK driving licence. MOT tester status is a plus; F‑Gas is preferred. Enjoy a supportive environment and stable hours.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent).
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in vehicle repairs, servicing, and diagnostics.
• F‑Gas certification preferred or interest in obtaining it.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine vehicle servicing, scheduled maintenance and safety inspections.
• Use modern diagnostic equipment for fault-finding and repairs.
• Complete thorough maintenance and prep work to meet quality standards.
• Maintain precise digital job records and uphold workshop cleanliness and safety.
