Salary ranges from £30,000 to £40,000 per year, with a £400 monthly bonus averaging £4,800 annually, overtime at enhanced rates, and 22 days plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• IMI/NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair required.
• 1–2 years post-qualification experience preferred.
• Valid UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and hit targets.
• Exposure to vehicle diagnosis or electronics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing and repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Identify faults and report on safety, reliability and performance of vehicles.
• Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer and dealership quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism and quality in a busy workshop environment.
• Contribute to team targets and workshop efficiency.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify electronic and mechanical issues.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.
