Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in working on HGVs and LGVs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs and trailers.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
• Prepare vehicles for MOTs and conduct inspections to DVSA standards.

Skills

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

Knowledge of DVSA regulations

Experience with modern diagnostic tools

Welding or fabrication skills
