Hawk Hiring LTD in Stafford is seeking a qualified NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician / Auto Mechanic to join our workshop team. You will perform scheduled maintenance, fault isolation, health checks and essential repairs across a multi-brand vehicle fleet.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, strong hands-on experience with diagnostic equipment, and a full UK driving licence with your own tools.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair is essential.
• Strong practical experience across multi-brand vehicle servicing, mechanical repairs, and diagnostic equipment.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools required.

Responsabilités

• Carry out scheduled maintenance, fault isolation, health checks and core mechanical repairs across a wide range of customer cars and stock.
• Work on multi-brand vehicles to diagnose and repair faults to high standards.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + team performance incentive scheme
• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule (09:00 – 18:00) + Saturdays operated on a fair team rota basis (09:00 – 14:00)

Role Overview

Seeking a qualified NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician / Auto Mechanic to join our workshop crew. You will be responsible for carrying out scheduled maintenance, advanced fault isolation, vehicle health checks, and core mechanical repairs across a wide range of customer cars and sales stock.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (Essential).
• Strong practical experience across multi-brand vehicle servicing, mechanical repairs, and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid DVSA MOT Tester Smart Card is an advantage (offering higher starting pay potential), but non-essential.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

• Road Links: Strategic position near the A34 and M6 (Junctions 14 & 15), offering straightforward daily commutes across Staffordshire.
