Reactive Recruitment are partnering with a large dealership group to recruit Vehicle Technicians (Level 2 or 3) for their Swindon site. The role involves maintenance, servicing and repairs, diagnosing faults and achieving first-time fixes in a fast-paced workshop environment.

The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence (max 6 points) and Level 2/3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair, plus a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points).
• Level 2 or 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Main dealership experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilités

• Carry out maintenance, servicing and repairs on a range of vehicles.
• Diagnose and resolve faults, in the workshop and on the road.
• Using up-to-date tools and systems to achieve first-time fixes.
• Working to brand and safety standards at all times.
• Maximising productivity through efficient use of workshop systems.
• Taking part in ongoing technical and brand-specific training.

Role:

Vehicle Technician (Level 2 or 3) Swindon

Reactive Recruitment are proud to be working with one of the largest dealership groups across the South of the UK. Due to continued success, their prestigious Swindon site require a number of experienced Vehicle Technicians.

• Excellent starting salary of between £30-35,000 per annum depending on experience
• Approx. £10,000 per annum average bonus paid on top of the basic salary – very uncapped!
