Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a reputable independent VAG specialist in Warwick for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their well-established workshop. You will work in a dedicated team known for quality workmanship and customer service.

The role offers a clear career path, training and modern facilities, a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays, and a generous bonus structure linked to performance.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a professional workshop.
• VAG experience is highly advantageous.
• Confident in fault finding and diagnostic procedures.
• MOT Tester licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Performing vehicle servicing and routine maintenance to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
• Undertaking brake, suspension, and tyre repairs.
• Assisting with MOT preparation and testing (if qualified).
• Completing repairs efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of quality.
• Contributing to a busy workshop environment and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
