Job summary

Holt Recruitment Group in Snodland is seeking a Vehicle Technician to maintain a varied fleet of vans and cars in an established rental workshop. This workshop role offers a strong basic salary, paid overtime and the opportunity to develop Hybrid and EV skills.

The package includes a £3,000 joining bonus, an 8% bonus scheme, overtime paid at time and a half, IMI‑accredited training, 24 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and your birthday off.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification or Level 2 with at least three years’ experience as a Technician or Mechanic.
• Good diagnostic skills and a practical approach to repairs.
• Pride in their work and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on cars and light commercial vehicles.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
• Ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy and ready for hire.

Vehicle Technician

£39,729 basic | £45,729 OTE + £3,000 joining bonus
42.5 hours per week | Day shifts only
