Holt Recruitment Group is recruiting for a Vehicle Technician/ Diagnostic Technician/ EV Technician in Ruislip. The role involves servicing, diagnostics and repairs across a busy workshop, with opportunities to progress across our brands.

Qualified to IMI/NVQ Level 3 and MOT tester certs; hybrid/EV training is available. Salary up to £39,000 plus bonus and additional benefits, with potential for growth within the group.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs to high standards.
• Communicate effectively with the Service Reception and Workshop Control teams.
• Liaise with customers, offering professional technical advice.
• Keep accurate records and maintain a well-organised workspace.
• Stay up to date with the latest vehicle technology and product information.
• Deliver excellent customer service to encourage loyalty and referrals.

Vehicle Technician/ Diagnostic Technician/ EV Technician

Location: Ruislip

Salary: up to £39,000 basic plus bonus and additional benefits - OTE £45000/£50,000

We have an opportunity for a Vehicle Technician/Diagnostic Technician/ EV Technician to join my client’s workshop in Ruilsip. Due to increased workload, they are looking for an additional Vehicle Technician to join the team.

Requirements for this Vehicle Technician role are:

• Qualified to IMI/NVQ level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair/ City and Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / City & Guilds Automotive
• Have experience working within a car dealership or an independent garage/ car supermarket
• Completed your MOT tester course class 1, 2, 4 or 7
• Experience of working on commercial vehicles/ LCV / cars
• Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided
