Job summary

Theo in Copely is looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join the busy aftersales team at a prestigious main dealer. You will service, maintain and repair to manufacturer standards with opportunities for progression into leadership roles.

You should have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in a prestige environment, a valid UK driving licence, and strong customer service skills. Competitive salary with overtime, Monday–Friday schedule, and excellent facilities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in a prestige dealership or similar environment.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent customer service standards.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of your output.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• High Voltage (EV/Hybrid) trained preferred
• Motivated, target-driven, and adaptable within a busy workshop.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to the highest manufacturer standards
• Working efficiently to manufacturer-set timings to maintain productivity
• Completing accurate diagnostic reports and documenting work carried out
• Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
• Communicating clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction stays front and centre
• Supporting and mentoring other Technicians as required
• Developing towards Assistant Manager responsibilities

Our client — a busy, successful main dealer in Copely— is growing and they're on the lookout for a confident, experienced Technician to join their aftersales team. Whether you've been working as a Mechanic, Service Technician, Diagnostic Technician or within a prestige workshop environment, this role offers genuine progression with routes into Workshop Controller, Assistant Manager and Garage Manager positions.

Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 Paid Overtime

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
